Youth Development activities, aimed at building resilience and reducing risk factors, include barrier identification and reduction, supporting youth when problems arise and connecting them to support services, improving self-esteem and self-confidence, financial and digital literacy, and relationship building.

Our approach is centered around connection, each young person is given a team of two or more caring adults to help instill different instill different competencies through these pathways:

  • Habits of Success Training in the domains of Competence, Confidence, and Connections
  • Financial Literacy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Competency Development

This work leads to demonstration of healthy habits skills including but not limited to Financial Literacy, Competence, Confidence, and Connections to the community.
